夕食後に運動した方が良いのか?

実際私が経験した限りでは、早朝に運動するのは早朝のメリットがあり、夜運動するのも、やはりメリットがあります。

ただ、痩せることを重点的に考えた場合、夜運動する方が良いという人がいます。

(これも個人差があるので一概には言えません。)

なぜなら、夜は基本的に寝るだけです。

そうなると夕食で摂取したエネルギーはほとんど消費されず、体内へ留まってしまいます。

だったら、食後に軽く運動するのも良いのではないか?という事です。

夜軽めの運動をするとどうなる?

実際自分が夜にウォーキングをした感想は、夜寝つきが良くなり、朝起きたときの体重の減り具合も多くなりました。

そうなると、やはり夜運動する方が良いと言う感想になります。

さらに、仕事をしている現役世代なら早朝に運動する時間さえないのが、現実ではないでしょうか。

そうなると益々、夜に運動するのが現実的です。

人それぞれ、感性やライフスタイルが違うので、一概には言えませんがダイエットを目的とするなら夕食後に軽く運動する方が良いでしょう。

しかし注意して欲しいのが、夜に過激な運動をすると、疲労をが溜まってしまい、寝付きが悪くなります。

ほどほどの強さで運動する方がベストです。

大切なポイント

夜は危険が一杯です。
特に若い女性の方は注意しましょう。

また夜は反射シールなどが施された帽子、服、靴を履いて出かけないと、車からの発見が遅れ大惨事になる危険もあります。

十分注意してください。
