筋トレを実践する前に知っておくこと。

筋肉トレーニング、通称筋トレ。

筋トレを1度でもやったことがある人なら分かると思いますが、筋トレを自宅でやるには、正しい知識が必要不可欠です。

特に運動を何年もしてこなかった人が突然筋トレをして、翌日激しい筋肉痛に襲われ
日常生活に支障をきたすのも考えものです。

また、筋トレ初心者こそ器具に頼らず自分の体重と重力を活用してトレーニングした方が
初心者には適していると個人的に思います。

筋トレは奥が深く、正しい知識が必要不可欠

なぜなら、私は以前ジムへ通っていた時期があり、器具を使用して体を鍛えて時期がありました。

もちろんジムですので、たくさんの体を鍛える器具があり、それら使ってトレーニングすると
自分の体重以上の負荷を体に掛けることが出来ます。

これはある意味、効果的に筋肉を鍛える上で必要なことだと思いますが、それと同時にケガをしてしまう可能性も含んでいます。

実際、私は大胸筋を鍛える器具を使用して、自分の体が耐えられない負荷をかけた為胸を痛めてしまった経験があります。

そのときに学んだことは、筋トレはとても奥が深く正しい知識が必要不可欠だということです。

だからこそ初心者は、自分の体重や、身の回りにある物を活用して小さな負荷を掛けることから始め、ケガを予防しながら筋トレをした方が良いと思っています。

大切なポイント

まず、体重や体脂肪を落すことを第一に考えた上で筋トレを行っていきましょう。

まず初心者の方は、身の回りにある物や自分の体重を活用して筋トレをする。

注意)初日から激しい筋トレを行うと、もちろん翌日には激しい筋肉痛に襲われますので注意しましょう。
